FT/PT Status:Regular Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with children & adolescents in schools and with families for early intervention and promoting positive behavior interventions.
Also working with Adults.

Job will require 50% working with the adolescents and 50% adults. 

Position Responsibilities:
 Will work Monday – Thursday @ 40hrs/Week 


1. Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria

2. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates

3. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques

4. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques

5. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.

6. Clinical skills (Advanced)

Physical Demands
General office environment.  Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Must have ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Employee must be able to travel between Unison sites.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
 Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and one year experience in a behavioral health related position. Prefer: Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences and pursuing counseling license or license eligible (i.e. LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
