Behavioral Health Program Manager - Ware C&A

Job Responsibilities:

Program Description:  Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements and staff expectations. Supervise, plan and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Assist with agency data reporting and aides in implementation of business strategy by conducting analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies, procedures and work flows are followed on a day-to-day basis.  


Position Responsibilities:

Monday thru Thursday @ 10hr days 


Competencies:

1. Ability to delegate work, supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program

2. Ability to interpret state and federal rules, regulations, laws & policies to ensure operations uniformity.

3. Ability to establish program goals, strategies and priorities.

4. Ability to interpret data and reports related to program.

5. Ability to analytically and effectively use computer software.

6. Clinical skills (Advanced)


Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Healthcare or Management with a minimum of at least 5 years experience in Mental Health or related Healthcare OR Masters degree in behavioral sciences and associate’s license to provide counseling services in Georgia (LMSW, LAPC, etc). Full licensure and Supervisory experience preferred.
