Job Responsibilities:

Identifies barriers to employment, refers clients to other support agencies, and assist clients/consumers with job readiness skills, job search strategies and interview preparation.

Position Responsibilities:

Will work up to 29 hours a week. Home office will be Coffee CS but will travel to Homerville for weekly visits.


1. Ability to observe and monitor consumers’ behavior 2. Ability to participate in supportive guidance 3. Ability to provide documentation of activities 4. Ability to work flexible hours 5. Proficient in the use of computers

Physical Demands
Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Must have ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Employee must be able to travel between Unison sites.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience providing educational, social or direct care services to persons with diagnosed special needs or other populations; or associate degree in business management or behavioral sciences.
