Work one on one with adults in home and within the community assisting in daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training such as basic cooking, cleaning and hygiene. Assists clients on attending appointments, shopping, community activities and professional visits, etc. Personally assists with bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system. Will work up to 29 hours a week based on the needs of the program, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to observe and monitor consumers’ progress
