Behavioral Health Provider III (Drug Court)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing case management services to participants of Mental Health Court and Drug Court (skill-building, link participants with community resources, etc.) in both Coffee and Ware Counties.  Case manager will ensure treatment compliance and report to Mental Health and Drug Court staff on compliance with case plan.

Position Responsibilities:

Will work Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 7:30 - 11:30 am. Time split between Mental Health Court and Drug Court 50/50.

1. Knowledge of area resources. 2. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates 3. Knowledge of co-occurring disorders 4. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. 

Physical Demands
General office environment.  Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Must have ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Employee must be able to travel between Unison sites.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and three years social service experience; Prior case-management experience is preferred.
