Conducts behavioral and educational assessments and directs behavioral plan development – interventions and strategies - of children with Autism in an outpatient behavioral health program; identifies function of challenging behavior and pivotal behaviors to target. Monitors and evaluates treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress. Develops strong collaborative relationships with family and caregivers, professionals and insurance providers. Acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses and supervises the educational activities and service delivery of Behavior Technicians.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA must have a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. The following providers are authorized to directly deliver ASD services: · Licensed Physician (with or without BCBA certification): · Licensed Psychologist (with or without BCBA certification)· BCBA-D: Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral Level. · BCBA: Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Related experience is preferred.
